Devitt Insurance Services are pleased to announce their new sponsorship of Essex Air Ambulance, a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service, in their annual Motorcycle Run. The charity was established in 1997, with fundraising happening straight away to help provide a free, life-saving service to those across Essex and Hertfordshire in need of critical attention and care.
Devitt will be working closely with Essex Air Ambulance as they launch their yearly Motorcycle Run from Laindon to Harwich taking place on Sunday 7 September 2014. This is the Air Ambulance’s biggest and longest running event as it celebrates its 15th run this September. The run aims to raise vital funds to keep aircraft and crew with the latest equipment to give the best care to all of their patients.
The day will see thousands of motorcycle fanatics gathering at this popular event, those riding the 60 mile run will set off at 11am. Once reached the finish line on Harwich Green the motorcyclists will be welcomed by a family festival, complete with live entertainment and motorcycle displays to celebrate the momentous day.

The Motorcycle Run is a popular event with over 5,000 bikers taking part and more than 2,000 visitors attending the event; raising vital funds for Essex Air Ambulance. Devitt will be in attendance at the Motorcycle Run to meet and engage with motorcyclists.
