  • Get details of the witnesses
  • Make some notes of the details, timings, events etc
  • Get a Crime Reference No if applicable

How quickly should I report my claim?

When injuries are involved, delays are sometimes unavoidable, but it’s important that you report any accidents to your insurer as soon as possible.

A delay may result in higher costs for the insurer, which may then be passed on to motorcyclists through increases to premiums.
