Triumph Bonneville T100 Bike Overview
Introduced in 2001 with upgrades coming in 2008 and 2017, the Triumph Bonneville T100 is a smaller version of the T120, being less powerful and lighter, which in some cases makes it more fun to ride than its larger companion.
This retro-styled machine is not for you if you’re looking for a speedster or getting from A to B in little time, it’s more of a fun ride that certainly looks the part.
This motorbike can be restricted for an A2 licence and the latest model is powered by a 900cc parallel twin engine which produces 54bhp and a maximum torque of 3,230rpm.
Upgrades for the 2017 model include a comfier seat, thanks to deeper foam being implemented as well as improved suspension making rides more smooth and enjoyable.
A T100 Black edition was made available in 2017, which is the same bike just blacked out and slightly different tyres.
Other colours include black, white & blue, white & orange, red, matte black, and brown.

I am 5ft 9 I would say if you are 6ft plus you may find it a little low.
Solid is the word I need to use, there is nothing on the back that feels wobbly or out of place looks amazing I have the green cromed up version.
Non abs but it does stop me well, little bit to much play on front so you do need to pre load especially as there is no abs back break totally fine
Smooth little to no vibrations, perfectly weighted
Just a good solid engine, definitely not for a speed junkie more of a trundle along enjoying the view, more if you were asked what time you are going to arrive your answer would be "ah not sure really might stop along the way for a coffee,or if I see my reflection in a newly cleaned window I might have to stop and at myself for a bit"
"Cheap as chips" fuel about average really depends on how you ride it, when it come to maintance, to be honest I do my own, but please this is a very easy and accessible bike to do this even for a beginner.
With an upgraded Thruxton gel seat my bike not only looks the part but feels great even after very long rides.
Bike itself is faultless other than the common coil replacements every couple of years. It was when I changed my exhausts to bespoke hand made headers and silencers that I started experiencing problems but they have since been sorted and runs amazing.
Brakes are pretty poor but what do you expect from a 220kg beast with a single disk?
The T100 is a bit heavy but still handles like a dream when you treat it right.
Plenty of power but it's weight in handling let it down very slightly.
For what it is, it isn't too bad to run, servicing can get quite expensive.
Very comfortable especially with a back rest for the pillion.
Nothing wrong yet.
Front brake could be sharper. Standard tyres not brilliant.
Low speed throttle response is poor, can be jerky. Very smooth after that and easy to ride.
Performance is okay for the style of bike.
Economy is okay. Approximately 150 miles to a tank.
Seat is hard and uncomfortable when riding for more than an hour. Seating position is good though and pillion space and comfort is nice
Everything feels solid and is still working as it should.
Could be better as it only has one disc, but it does its job well enough.
It's not a fast bike, but is nice and easy to ride along at a reasonable pace and relaxing too.
It does what it is supposed to do, lovely torquey motor, very easy to ride.
Really economical, I regularly manage 65-70mpg.
Not bad. Smooth ride. Only downside is stock seat on journeys longer than an hour can be little numbing.
Excellent build quality no issues as of yet, apart from a little rubber cover on a connector.
Not bad just seem little spongy.
Very smooth lightweight ride, considering weight. You can just chuck it into corners.
Bags of power plenty for me but does top out at about 4-4500 revs.
Its a great commute bike as well as touring as tank is a decent size.
given this a 4 due to i changed a lot on the position
same old same old when it comes to triumph, sort of hit and miss!!
same old triumph harsh ride, despite my efforts to rectify this!!!
same as above,average
