MOTORCYCLE INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE
So you have a motorcycle insurance policy with us, but have some
queries about how to make changes to your policy, how to renew your
policy or you are unclear about some of the legal wording associated
with your cover?
The pages within this section should be able to answer most of
your questions. However, if you are still feeling unsure about anything
after reading these, please don’t hesitate to contact our
Customer Service Department on 0845 300 4870. We
are open from 8am-7pm Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday and we
look forward to receiving your call. Calls may be recorded. Maximum
call charge from a BT landline is 4p per minute (minimum 5p per
call). Calls from other networks may vary.
