MV Agusta has released the final spec on exotic £40k, 206bhp MV Agusta Rush Titanio hyper-naked. Here’s the inside line on this limited-edition piece of trick nonsense
We first saw this bike just after Christmas, when it was teasered at the chi-chi International Concours of Elegance (ICE) event in the posh ski resort St Moritz. Back then, MV gave us some basic info on the bike: it’s a limited edition variant of the Rush super-naked machine, penned by Brit designer Adrian Morton, with a load of lightweight titanium and carbon parts.

The Varese firm didn’t give out much in the way of detail though – but now we have all the info on this limited-to-300-units machine.
The bike is built around the firm’s 998cc inline four-cylinder ‘F4’ engine, which has been revised to comply with Euro 5+ emissions regs, though the firm says it keeps the same ‘uncompromising performance’.

The updated motor is also said to be more responsive at lower revs, ensuring smoother performance with minimal vibration, and has had a load of major component changes. There are new camshafts to suit the retune, as well as revised engine mapping, improved throttle sensitivity, optimized gearbox ratios, and a shorter final drive ratio designed to enhance acceleration and responsiveness.

Claimed peak power figures are impressive: 201bhp at 13,500rpm with the standard exhaust, and an extra few ponies with the supplied road-legal Arrow Titanium slip-on end can, which makes 206bhp at 14,000rpm. You have to reckon there’s more power there with a race pipe too. Maximum torque stands at 116 Nm at 11,000 rpm, while a torque-assist clutch improves smoothness and rider comfort.

On the chassis front, the Titanio features the latest version of the Öhlins Smart EC3.0 semi-active electronic suspension package. That means new hardware featuring Öhlins’ advanced Spool Valve technology, which the firm says will deliver actuator response up to seven times faster than the previous needle-valve architecture, while enabling near-instant damping adjustments that continuously adapt to rider inputs and road conditions.

A new Event Based Control software platform analyses riding dynamics in real time and integrates seamlessly with ABS, Traction Control, and Wheelie Control systems. The fork and shock setup and response is also dynamically linked to the selected electronic riding mode, so you get the ‘ideal’ riding experience across all types of road and track environments.

It’s the titanium and carbon fibre details that really mark the Rush out though: there’s extensive use of brushed-finish titanium components, enhancing both performance and exclusivity. The light, tough, strong material is used to make parts like the Arrow Titanium slip-on silencer, exhaust carrier, fuel tank front cover, dashboard subframe and headlight brackets.

Complementing thise parts are multiple Blu Titanio anodized aluminium details, including the rear wheel nut, rear light cover, headlight cover, fuel tank cap, lever protectors, swingarm pivot adjustment plates, and the numbered “RUSH Edizione Limitata XXX/300” plate.
The carbon fibre parts all feature a new twill weave finish, replacing the previous plain weave and enhancing the motorcycle’s technical aesthetic. Updated elements include engine covers, side panels, mudguards, and a redesigned rear wheel cover, alongside new graphics incorporating the Italian flag and “Motorcycle Art” lettering.

The iconic disc rear wheel configuration remains, with a spoked front wheel and signature carbon rear wheel cover, shown off by the posh single-sided rear swingarm. Despite all that, it’s not a super-light machine in the mould of Ducati’s Superleggera Centenario: Agusta says it weighs in at 202kg kerb weight with no fuel, using the supplied lightweight parts.

Want more saucy details? Then check out the seat – it’s the world’s first motorcycle seat entirely crafted in Alcantara using a combination of thermo-welding and laser engraving technologies within a single component.
An Alcantara EXO membrane makes the foam padding fully water-repellent, ensuring durability and comfort in all conditions, and the seat was developed through close collaboration between the MV Agusta Centro Stile and Alcantara Milano, achieving a balance between luxury craftsmanship and functional performance.

Just 300 individually-numbered bikes will be made, and the Italian market MSRP is set at €44,900, with start of production scheduled for July 2026.

Owners also get a big box of lovely stuff with the bike, including theArrow Titanium Slip-on with dedicated ECU map, a carbon cover for the pipe, exhaust bracket, carbon tail cover, CNC brake/clutch levers, CNC levers protection, CNC racing fuel cap, swingarm pivot adjustment plates, a special bike cover and the essential certificate of authenticity.
