Honda CBR600RR Bike Overview
The Honda CBR600RR is one of the most popular searched bikes on Auto Trader. It is a Race Replica of the 600F. However, Honda have stopped production on this bike because it no longer meets new Euro4 noise and emissions standards, which came into force on January 1, 2017.
If you’re lucky, you may be able to find this bike sold under ‘derogation’ rules. Otherwise, you may find it a bit tricky to come across one of these bikes in the UK and there’s not going to be a European replacement either.
If you do manage to get a ride on this bike, however, it is a joy to ride. It really has some power behind it, and it excels out on the open road. It has a 107bhp, in-line-four-cylinder 599cc motor which delivers excellent performance.
The Honda CBR600RR comes with everything you need to get going, including fully adjustable suspension, radial brakes, and an electronically-controlled, speed-sensitive steering damper. It is a lightweight bike too, and it easily handles around corners, responding quickly to the rider.
It really is a beautiful machine – keep your eye out for it at biking events!

Only my 2nd bike but much more comfortable than my old 600F, long journeys seem ok no problems yet, currently had no pillion so cannot say
Well it is a Honda after all, reliability is one of Honda’s biggest strengths, I cannot see having any issues in the future either, my old 600F on the limiter all the time and it loved it!
Braking is outstanding compared to be old 600F I feel much safer now I have decent brakes although I’m sure it has EBC pads fitted
This bike is amazing smooth, perhaps too smooth compared to my old 600F, extremely light and corners absolutely amazing
Engine performance is amazing as to be expected, 118bhp is enough for anyone, acceleration and top speed is outstanding
Running costs is so far better than my previous 600F halved to say the least
Corners like its on rails
Good power to weight ratio
It could have better headlights
Excellent braking with confidence
One of the lightest bikes I have owned
Just love the power to weight ratio
Would make the exhaust sound more meaty
Light and easy to handle.
Very quick acceleration not bad for baby blade.
Cheap to run I am seasonal rider with a tt trip every year cost is manageable
What can I say Honda.
Nifin brakes do the job well
Performance for weight to speed ratio is faultless
Miles per gallon not the best but it is a sports bike, always owned Honda CBR’s
First rate quality
ABS braking system is a must on this bike ,stick to the road well
