Triumph kept its last 2026 treat for the NEC bike show: the Hinckley firm showed off an uprated ‘RX’ version of the mighty Street Triple 765 supernaked at MCL 2025 in Birmingham.

As with the Speed Triple 1200 RX, this is a track-focussed upgrade, with posh running gear enhancing the already-sharp chassis, plus some smart cosmetic tweaks, all the while keeping much of the rest of the bike as-is from the standard 765 RS model.
That means the same sweet engine – also used as the control motor in the MotoGP support series Moto2 – with 128bhp from a 765cc DOHC 12-valve inline-triple, in a lightweight twin-spar aluminium frame with dual-sided swingarm.

The Triumph Street Triple 765 RX also keeps the high-spec electronics package from the RS, with a dedicated ABS Track mode, Optimised Cornering ABS and Traction Control for enhanced stability when leaning hard into bends, and Triumph Shift Assist for up and down quickshifting. It’s all accessed via a 5″ TFT display with an easy-to-use interface and high-end switchgear.

The big difference with the RX is in the front suspension: Triumph has swapped out the 765 RS’s standard Showa 41mm USD Big Piston Forks for fully adjustable Öhlins NIX30 upside down front forks – while keeping the fully adjustable Öhlins STX40 piggyback rear shock from the RS.
There’s a further tweak to the front end too – the RX gets race-style clip-on handlebars in place of the conventional roadster bars used on the other Street Triple models. That gives a more committed crouched riding position, improving control and performance on track.

There are some slick cosmetic upgrades as well. The 765 RX comes with a one-off top yoke and special seat design, and is finished in a Matt Aluminium Silver paint job, paired with a bold Diablo Red rear subframe and matching wheels.
Finally, Triumph’s also offering a special Moto2 Edition variant of the RX, with bespoke graphics, a yellow-finished subframe, Moto2-branded exhaust silencer, carbon fibre bodywork and an individually numbered billet-machined top yoke. Just 1,000 of the special edition bikes will be made, painted in a classy Mineral Grey and Crystal White colour scheme.

The RX is available to order now at Triumph dealerships, with prices starting from £12,895 and arrivals from January 2026. The Street Triple Moto2 Edition is also available to order now for £14,495, with deliveries starting from April 2026. More info: www.triumphmotorcycles.co.uk.
