Scottish Motorcycle Club
The Scottish Motorcycle pride themselves on being an independent, non-profit making club who welcome all ages and styles of riders to join them. Affiliated with the British Motorcyclists Federation (BMF) there are lots of perks to joining the Scottish Motorcycle Club including discounts with national dealers and businesses. Other benefits include 15% discount on RAC breakdown cover, BMF personal accident cover and discounts on ferry crossings and hotels.
Runs are normally held from March to October with most happening on a Sunday; however there is an occasional run on a Saturday or half day runs too. The Scottish Motorcycle Club also aim to plan a few weekend trips locally, nationally and internationally; these are posted in the club calendar so there’s plenty of fair warning to book it in your dairy.
Club meet information
Club nights are normally held of the 2nd Thursday of every month at the Star & Garter from 8pm. All new members are welcome to join the SMCC on a trial run with no obligations to join the club, but just to get a feel for what it’s all about.
