Changes

If you are an existing Devitt car insurance policyholder and have received your renewal invitation from us and you wish to pay by a single payment, you can renew your policy online.

For your protection it is important that we receive renewal instructions prior to your renewal date in order to prevent your policy from lapsing.

Internet payments are not processed at weekends and Public Bank Holidays. If your renewal date falls on a weekend or Public Bank Holiday you should call us on 0845 308 8640 prior to the expiry date to ensure that your policy is renewed. The phone lines are open from 8am-7pm Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday. Calls may be recorded.

Once your renewal has been processed, we will send all your documents to you by first class post.

If you currently pay by Direct Debit, you will receive your renewal documents by post and you will have the option to automatically renew.

Please ensure you have received and read your renewal documentation before you proceed.

Should you wish to change your payment method or make any changes to your policy you will not be able to renew your policy online and you will need to contact us on 0845 308 8640. The phone lines are open from 8am-7pm Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday. Calls may be recorded.
