William Hughes, Managing Director
William was employed as Sales Manager by Devitt in 1996 having previously worked as a Commercial Broker and as a Manager within Personal Lines for companies such as AA Insurance. Within two years he became operationally responsible for the Sales and Customer Service Departments and joined the Devitt Board of Directors in 2002. He is currently Managing Director.

Stephen Kiefer, Executive Director
Stephen Kiefer joined Devitt in 1991 to run the Sales and Marketing side of the business, having previously had a career with Sun Alliance Insurance Group, involved in underwriting sales and marketing. He is currently Executive Director responsible for Customer Relations, Commercial Insurance and compliance matters.

Tony Chapman, Finance Director
Tony joined Devitt as Director of Finance in 1998 having previously worked for Fenchurch Plc for 8 years. He is currently responsible for finance and management information.

Sharon Timbrell, Operations Director
Sharon joined Devitt in March 2002 after working for Cox Insurance for 17 years as Branch Network Manager. Her role at Devitt is to deliver excellent customer service, by meeting the demands of our customers and affinity partners through effective management of our sales and customer service departments.

Chris Bottle, Head of Marketing
As Head of Marketing for Devitt, Chris is responsible for implementing the marketing campaigns & strategy across a range of schemes offered. Principally this involves Motorcycle, Car & Home insurance.

Chris joined Devitt in January 2005, having previously worked for The Caravan Club and Saga Services Ltd. With a strong background in insurance marketing, Chris’ major passion in life is motorbikes, which comes in handy given that Devitt is one of the leading insurance brokers for motorcycles in the UK.
