The Manifold Inn

The Manifold Inn is near the village of Hartington, with beautiful roads that stretch for miles all through the Peak District Park and green lanes for off-road lovers. It lies in a very picturesque area within the vicinity of lovely towns and stunning mansions among which are Keddleston Hall, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Hardwick Hall all within easy reach.

Manifold Inn is a favourite with bikers, car enthusiasts and special vehicle rallies with regular events being hosted in the area. With a massive car park you will find dozens of bikers congregating in the area on weekends.

This place has been around for over 200 years and was originally a coaching inn that is run by a group of very hospitable staff, which makes it the ideal place to stay in the area. With great food and some of the finest scenery in Derbyshire it lies close to the banks of the Manifold River.

With elegantly decorated bedrooms that range from singles to family rooms, it also has a delightful holiday cottage.

The menu is truly eclectic featuring seasonal produce from the finest fresh Manifold Valley meats and the best of ingredients. Visitors can feast on its famous Sunday roast lunch and favourites like fish & chips, beef & ale pie and steaks that are served in its spacious conservatory or cosy bar. With beamed ceilings and deep panelled window seats, the bar offers a splendid collection of lager, spirits and wine set amidst a warm and convivial atmosphere.

On your next trip to the Peak District a visit to the Manifold Inn is definitely recommended.
