Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, the Republic of Ireland, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino and the Vatican City, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Do I need to make you aware of any modifications I decide to make to my car?

Yes, modifications are not acceptable to all insurers, failure to do so could invalidate your insurance.

Do I need to advise you of claims / convictions if they relate to any other motor vehicle e.g. bike, van?

Do you offer multi-car and multi-driver policies combined?

Can a named driver use my car for commuting?

Can I add a young driver to my policy?

Can I ‘freeze’ my car insurance?

No, we only offer the option to cancel if you no longer own or have the use of your car.

Yes, subject to DVLA rules and restrictions issued to provisional licence holders.

Do I get a discount on my car insurance if I have taken the pass plus?

No we don’t provide this cover, although there are insurers in the market that do.

Do you offer an ‘agreed value’ policy?

No we don’t, although there are insurers in the market that do.

Do you do 6 wheel policies to cover my car and bike on the same policy?

Am I able to use my no claim bonus if it is already being used on another policy?

No.  This can only be used on one policy at a time.

Can I protect my no claim bonus?

Yes you can, but you need to have earned a minimum of four years and subject to an additional charge.

If I have had a fault claim but my no claim bonus was protected, do I have to disclose it?

Yes you do.

How long is my no claim bonus valid for?

You must use your no claims bonus within two years of expiry of your last policy.

Can I combine my no claim bonus from two different policies?

Yes, you will be refunded for the months remaining, subject to a cancellation fee.
