Reflect and Move On
An experience to reflect on and learn from. We had challenges with
the bike from the first lap of Free Practice on Friday and, despite
a lot of hard work by the team, they were not fully overcome through
the weekend.
The lap times were down on 2006’s despite returning to last
year’s gearing and suspension settings. Front wheel chatter
was a big issue in the race which influenced my final position.
Definitely a weekend where the phrase “That’s racing!”
springs to mind. This is the time to stay positive and focussed.
